获取OCR模型推理配置 - OcrGetModelConfig

函数简介

读取已加载 OCR 模型当前合并后的推理配置（PascalCase JSON）。

返回值

字符串指针。成功时 Success=true，并含 ModelHandle、BackendId、Runtime 及调参字段；失败时 {"Success":false,"Error":"..."}。

须 FreeStringPtr 释放。

注意事项

• 字段说明见 OCR模型配置说明。
• 返回值为该句柄在内存中的当前合并配置。
